Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking an experienced Deputy Program Manager to lead a high-visibility contract supporting the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Improvement Sciences Directorate. This role will oversee enterprise-wide initiatives in Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Project and Portfolio Management (PM), and Knowledge Management (KM) across Navy Medicine. This position will join a team of administrative professionals supporting healthcare operations, healthcare policy planning and management, and integration and implementation of military healthcare-related policies and programs. This successful candidate will analyze and optimize processes, with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. This opportunity is hybrid (60% onsite, 40% contractor/virtual site). Onsite location is Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED), Falls Church, VA.
