What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will be the primary architect of Trimble's end-to-end service evolution, directly influencing how we manage global warranty entitlements, field services, and partner networks. You will have the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution, creating a unified global service framework that balances enterprise-scale efficiency with essential regional flexibility.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the end-to-end discovery and design of future-state service architectures, transforming complex warranty and repair processes into streamlined global capability models.

  • Design and govern scalable ecosystems for customer support, field services, and reverse logistics, ensuring seamless integration across CRM, ERP, and FSM platforms.

  • Drive innovation through the establishment of modern integration patterns, utilizing APIs and event-driven architecture to support global scale and real-time data flow.

  • Act as a high-impact consultant to senior leadership, influencing the strategic roadmap for service analytics, SLA reporting, and lifecycle cost visibility.

  • Foster architectural excellence by defining reusable patterns and reference architectures that empower delivery teams to build sustainable, world-class service solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • You bring 10+ years of expertise in enterprise or solution architecture with a deep focus on post-sales, service, or support domains.

  • You have a proven track record of architecting complex, multi-region ecosystems for warranty entitlement, claims, and global field operations.

  • You possess expert-level knowledge of integrating service functions with ERP and supply chain systems in large-scale environments.

  • You are a masterful communicator capable of translating complex technical visions into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders and technical teams alike.

Bonus Points For:

  • Advanced experience with AI-driven customer support tools or automated self-service digital platforms.

  • Professional certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.

  • Prior experience navigating service architectures within the construction, geospatial, or transportation industries.

Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
