The HR Manager for Supply Chain serves as the on-site HR leader for Guitar Center's Indianapolis Distribution Center, acting as a strategic and hands-on business partner to supply chain and operations leadership. This roleis responsible foraligningpeoplestrategies with operational priorities to support a safe, productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce. The HR Manager partners closely with site leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen leadership capability, manage employee relations, and ensure HR practices support both day-to-day execution and long-term businessobjectives. This role plays a critical part in translating business needs into practical workforce solutions, while ensuring consistent application of company policies, employment practices, and leadership expectations.
