Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week) Experience Level: Independent Marketer (5+ years) Category: Marketing Manager - B2B / Lifecycle *About the Role* We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager, B2B Lifecycle Marketing to lead endtoend lifecycle campaign strategy across multiple global verticals. This role is focused entirely on strategy-campaign architecture, audience targeting, channel planning, and performance insights-not handson CRM execution. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B lifecycle marketing, excels at collaborating across complex stakeholder networks, and has experience supporting multiregional campaign efforts. *Key Responsibilities* * Lead full lifecycle campaign strategy from concept through launch, including messaging development, audience targeting, and channel mix planning. * Serve as the central campaign owner, driving alignment across product, planning, leadership stakeholders, deployment teams, and analytics partners. * Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email, inapp, and push channels (strategic ownership only; CRM execution handled by dedicated teams). * Develop integrated content and communication strategies tailored to B2B customer journeys. * Provide strategic recommendations on testing frameworks, incrementality measurement, and performance optimization. * Support global campaign rollouts across regions such as North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. * Partner with regional teams on localization strategy and market-specific adaptations. * Manage cross-functional intake, prioritization, and deployment workflows. * Collaborate with data science, analytics, and performance marketing to translate insights into strategic recommendations. *Required Qualifications* * 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, lifecycle marketing, or integrated marketing roles. * Experience owning endtoend lifecycle marketing strategy, not execution. * Strong experince in audience targeting, segmentation, channel strategy, and content planning. * Comfort with testing methodologies, incrementality, and performance measurement. * Ability to work independently in a fastpaced, matrixed, cross-functional environment. * Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making. *Nice-to-Have Qualifications* * Experience supporting multiregional or global campaigns. * Experience partnering with regional teams on localization strategy. * Familiarity with B2B platforms or transactional product environments. * Experience in industries such as Airlines, Automotive, Hospitality, or Logistics. *Role Clarification* This is not a hands-on CRM or marketing operations role. Candidates whose experience is focused primarily on building or technically deploying CRM campaigns without strategic ownership will not be a fit. This role centers on strategic planning and cross-functional leadership, with execution supported by dedicated teams. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
