Description Exercise sound judgment using documented procedures and policies while performing user provisioning activities that support authorized access to FINRA Entitlement Program applications (e.g., Web CRD, and IARD). Activities include creating and maintaining accounts for Super Account Administrators (SAAs) for Investment Adviser firms. Conduct research and provide solutions to entitlement cases and Tier II calls from internal and external customers. Must demonstrate attention to detail, sound judgment, and solid organizational skills. Must be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of entitlement security procedures, protocols, and work processes. Solid communication skills are required. Essential Job Functions: * Process FINRA Entitlement Agreements in accordance with FINRA Security protocol, documented work processes and procedures, and ensure that appropriate levels of access are granted based on user groups. * Identify solutions to entitlement issues that are escalated from the FINRA Support Center. * Respond to customers' questions related to the FINRA Entitlement Program and if necessary, provide guidance on complex entitlement issues to callers. * Research and resolve entitlement-related cases within agreed-upon service levels. * Utilize the unit's workflow management tool (Entitlement Productivity Access Log - EPAL) to process access requests to supported applications.
