This contracttohire role is designed to transition into a longterm opportunity for high performers and serves as a strong entry point into the mortgage industry. You will support homeowners through inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage servicing and earlystage pastdue payments, providing solutions that help bring accounts current while delivering exceptional customer service. *Why Join Us?* * *ContracttoHire:* 4.5month contract with strong intent for longterm placement * *Earning Potential:* * Average permanent agent earns *$1,500/month* in incentives * Top performers earn up to *$2,500/month* * *Career Growth:* * Opportunities to move into leadership or roles in Operations, Compliance, Analytics, and more * *Skill Development:* * Handson experience with mortgage servicing, regulations, and customer account management * *PerformanceDriven Culture:* * Internal mobility and growth for those who perform well *Work Environment* * Fastpaced, onsite call center * Three computer screens provided * Scheduled breaks throughout the day * *Strict attendance policy:* * 2 unexcused absences in the first 30 days *or* 3 tardies may result in termination *Key Responsibilities* * Handle inbound customer service calls and make outbound service calls * Assist homeowners with mortgage inquiries and earlystage pastdue payments * Collect overdue payments and offer practical solutions * Minimize call transfers; resolve issues when possible * Follow company procedures and regulatory guidelines *Call Center Details* * Blended environment (Inbound first, then outbound) * Approximately *7 calls per hour* * *Skillbased routing* * *Spanishspeaking agents prioritized for Spanish calls* * Soft collections focus * Accounts under 60 days delinquent * Loss Mitigation handles accounts past 60 days *Performance Metrics* * Quality Assurance * Average Handle Time (AHT) * Delinquency movement * Payments collected * Refinance referrals * Schedule adherence * First Call Resolution (FCR) *Training & Schedule* *Corporate Training (Weeks 1-2):* * Day 1: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM * Day 2 onward: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM * Assessments during training *OntheJob Academy / Nesting (Weeks 3-4):* * 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * Permanent schedule continues at 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
