Description Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following): oProvide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact. oProcess orders and assignments. oEnter data into computer system. oReference pricing and delivery information. oRespond to customer questions, complaints and requests. oSet up new records and maintain existing records. oPerform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties. oProcess all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals. oFollow well-established procedures and under close direction of supervisor. oOpen to learning automobile titling oAssist with other office functions as needed.
