Customer Service Specialist Location: 2051 S Airport Rd, Wichita, KS 67209 Employment Type: 2Year Contract Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.50/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customer service and account management operations. This role is responsible for logistics coordination, contract administration, and customer communication while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and federal requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of written communication and data in a structured environment. Primary Responsibilities * Perform customer service and account management duties including logistics, contract management, and customer relations * Effectively manage a high volume of written communication and data while complying with internal and external processes * Process customer repair orders and quotes in accordance with Standard Work procedures * Redirect customer inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel as needed * Coordinate and document receipt and repair of equipment to ensure compliance with federal policies and current procedures * Utilize enterprise systems (such as SAP) to input and extract repair and material data * Interface with internal departments regarding warranty, credit, billing, and related matters * Maintain working knowledge of organizational structure and products to provide accurate customer support * Consistently document customer service needs to identify trends and maintain service quality * Perform physical tasks as required, including boxing and unboxing materials weighing up to 15 lbs Basic Qualifications * High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2year postsecondary training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience * OR * In the absence of a diploma or degree, 6 years of relevant experience * Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship * Previous experience in a customer-facing role * Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with SAP or similar enterprise systems Pay and Benefits Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
