*Performing Loan Consultant - Call Center (Entry Level)* *Onsite | Tempe, AZ (5 Days/Week)*
*Start Date: 4/27* *Opportunity Overview* We are partnering with a large national mortgage lender and servicer to support a *high-volume call center expansion*. This is a high-visibility opportunity to support homeowners across the U.S. while building a career in financial services and customer support. This is a *fast-paced, customer-facing role* ideal for individuals who are dependable, professional, and motivated to help customers navigate mortgage servicing and payment solutions. We are targeting *25 confirmed hires* (up to 35 may be onboarded to account for falloff) for this upcoming class. *Role Summary* The *Performing Loan Consultant* serves as the frontline representative for homeowners who are past due on their mortgage or calling with general servicing questions. Consultants handle both *inbound and outbound calls*, work with customers to understand the cause of delinquency, and develop *customized payment solutions* to bring loans current - all while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance standards. *Key Responsibilities* * Handle *high-volume inbound and outbound calls* in a call center environment * Speak with homeowners who are past due, identify reasons for delinquency, and *build practical repayment solutions* * Assist inbound callers with general mortgage servicing inquiries (escrow, website support, payoffs, etc.) * *Process mortgage payments* accurately and securely * Identify and *refer eligible homeowners to refinancing teams* when appropriate * Utilize manual and automated dialing systems to reach customers * Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions * Meet or exceed *performance, quality, and compliance metrics* * Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and positivity on every interaction * Participate in ongoing training and follow regulatory and company procedures *Qualifications* *Required:* * High school diploma or equivalent * English fluency * Strong verbal communication and customer service skills * Comfort working in a *fast-paced call center environment* * Basic computer proficiency (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) * Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail *Preferred (Not Required):* * 1+ year of call center, customer service, collections, sales, or financial services experience * Experience in mortgage servicing, banking, or collections * Negotiation or consultative communication experience * Spanish or bilingual skills #Prioritywest *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
