*Role Overview* This is an onsite call center role supporting homeowners with active mortgage loans. You'll handle both inbound and outbound calls, help customers understand their options, and work with them to bring pastdue accounts current-all while following clear policies and documenting every step accurately.
This role is a strong entry point into mortgage servicing and financial services. *What You'll Be Doing* * Take inbound calls from homeowners with mortgage questions * Make outbound calls to customers who are behind on payments * Ask clear questions to understand each situation * Set up workable payment plans using approved guidelines * Process mortgage payments accurately * Document every interaction in internal systems * Refer eligible customers to refinancing teams when appropriate * Meet daily activity and quality goals * Follow company policies, procedures, and industry rules *Pay, Schedule & Logistics* * $21.00 per hour (hourly) * Onsite, 5 days per week in Tempe, AZ * Fastpaced call center environment * Multiple computer screens and scheduled breaks *What Success Looks Like* * Calls are handled professionally and respectfully * Customer conversations are clearly documented * Payment plans follow approved policies * Performance goals are met consistently * Customers understand next steps when the call ends *Requirements* * High school diploma or equivalent * Fluent in both English and Spanish * Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day * Able to handle inbound and outbound calls * Basic computer skills (Windows, logging into systems, using apps) * Strong attention to detail when entering notes and payments * Reliable attendance and punctuality * Authorized to work for any employer in the United States *Who Will Thrive* * You enjoy helping people solve real problems * You stay calm and professional in tough conversations * You can follow stepbystep procedures without cutting corners * You're comfortable working in a structured, goaldriven environment * You want longterm growth opportunities in financial services *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
