Overview

The Design Professional supports the planning, design, and documentation of interior environments. This role assists with programming, space planning, code research, construction documentation, and construction phase services while gaining progressive responsibility and experience. This is a full-time position paid bi-weekly on a salary basis.

Responsibilities

    Assist with client consultations to determine functional and spatial requirements
  • Support preparation of drawings, renderings, specifications, and contract documents
  • Assist with space planning and interior layout development
  • Perform code research and document compliance
  • Coordinate with architectural and engineering team members
  • Review shop drawings and submittals under supervision
  • Participate in site visits and assist with construction phase services
  • Prepare presentation materials including mood boards and finish selections
  • Maintain organized project documentation and materials libraries
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, owners, and internal teams
  • Support quality control processes


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from accredited university
  • Proficient in Revit & Bluebeam
  • Ability to collaborate with team members inside and outside the office; virtually/in-person
  • Proficient in the use of computers, computer aided design and other relevant software and hardware tools
