Job Description: The role of Product Line Manager (PLM) is to manage and support a portfolio of RF/MW Semiconductor RF Diodes. The Product Manager supports and coordinates key aspects of the product portfolio in a matrixed environment, working closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, and product marketing professionals. This role contributes to new product development, product lifecycle management, and factory technical product support within the RF/Microwave Business Unit. The Product Manager collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products and enhance existing ones through yield improvement initiatives and cost optimization efforts. This role also offers opportunities to mentor and provide technical guidance to product engineers and team members. Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or guiding technical staff is highly valued and may support future leadership growth opportunities, though formal people-management responsibilities are not required for this position.

It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
