Support leadership in selecting and prioritizing ingredient candidate materials aligned with customer needs Provide tools and frameworks to develop action plans and track progress Contribute to the development of compelling Value Propositions for new exclusive ingredients in close collaboration with Marketing Support ingredient demonstrations and evaluations, ensuring timely follow-up on actions Prepare meetings and translate outcomes into clear, actionable plans
Customer Partnership
Map internal and external stage gates and timelines for ingredient innovation platforms Build strong relationships with customer decision makers and influencers by attending regular meetings under the leadership of the Senior Account Director Ingredients Develop a deep understanding of customer decision-making criteria Accurately document customer visits, feedback, and insights
Account Strategy - Drive Ingredient Adoption & Usage
Support the promotion of new ingredients internally and externally by continuously collecting insights from perfumers and evaluators Consolidate insights across olfactive, performance, regulatory, technical, and synergistic dimensions Translate these insights into strong Value Propositions for existing, new, and candidate ingredients
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience with demonstrated success Strong drive for results with the ability to support ingredient introduction, adoption, and usage High level of perseverance, accountability, and ownership in project execution Strategic mindset with the ability to assess future scenarios and competitive landscapes

Solid understanding of perfumery fundamentals and ingredient applications Passionate interest in fragrance and olfactive evaluation Ability to smell, evaluate, describe, compare, and recognize scents across categories Strong communication skills to translate olfactive needs into clear inputs for internal and external stakeholders Ability to offer a fresh perspective to perfumery teams by connecting ingredient value to customer and market realities
