Key Responsibilities:

• Support a broad range of assignments with responsibility for recommending and implementing change in methods and procedures
• Assist with recruiting, new hire orientations, and other HR Generalist activities as needed
• Maintain associate personnel files, ensuring documents and manuals are kept current, accurate, confidential and in compliance with company policies and government regulations
• All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Must possess action-oriented work ethic
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required
• Ability to multi-task and work within required timelines
• Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint & Outlook) proficiency required
• Must be detail-oriented

Education/Experience:

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business/HR or related behavioral science major/concentration
• GPA 3.0 and above
