Responsibilities

    Collaborates on diverse projects, including parks and recreation, urban planning, mixed-use developments, higher education, K-12, sports facilities, hospitality, streetscapes, trails, faith based, and civic spaces
  • Provides site planning, landscape design, and produce high-quality conceptual designs, construction documents, and detailed specifications
  • Manages working on multiple projects and tasks
  • Coordinates within multidisciplinary teams and maintain project scopes to align with objectives, budgets, and schedules
  • Delivers compelling presentations to clients, stakeholders, and public audiences
  • Applies development ordinances and codes to designs in order to facilitate approval processes
  • Actively engages in professional development, community involvement, and industry events
  • Grows in the profession of Landscape Architecture and learn from mentors


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
  • Registered Professional Landscape Architect (RLA/PLA) license or the ability to obtain
    their license
  • Expertise in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, GIS,
    and 3D modeling tools such as Lumion
  • Strong freehand illustration and rendering skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work
