The Interactive Development Manager -Sales & Delivery Tools (CDJRFA) supports the development, maintenance, and optimization of digital sales and delivery tools used by CDJRFA dealership sales consultants across the U.S. This role ensures accurate, timely, and highquality content across platforms such as iShowroom, Vehicle Delivery, and EV HUB. The Specialist partners closely with Brand Managers, vendors, and field teams to maintain content integrity, support deployments, resolve issues, and enhance the overall dealer and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Content Management & Updates
- Update and maintain iShowroom & EV HUB scripts and manage the annual vehicle Launch Calendar.
- Upload approved multimedia assets (videos, MP4 files, animations) to the CMS using a Master Asset List (MAL).
- Prioritize and coordinate content needs for all model-year vehicles in collaboration with Brand Managers.
- Maintain and update Vehicle Delivery Checklist statements to ensure a positive delivery experience.
- Track, update, and manage banner assets for each model and model year.
- Maintain and update Benefits and Apps for Connectivity in Vehicle Delivery
- Certification renewal for all URLs utilized by Vehicle Delivery and EV HUB tools.
Platform Monitoring & Deployment Support
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for new feature deployments and maintenance releases.
- Monitor daily functionality of iShowroom and EV HUB tools to identify inconsistencies or content issues.
- Review and manage incoming messages from support inboxes, including:
- Vehicle Video SMS HELP
- iShowroomDealerSupport
- Monitor Vehicle Delivery feedback from sales consultants and respond to reported issues.
- Provide call center desk support by tracking and addressing incoming Call Center cases related to the tools.
- Provide field support by responding to dealership and field-team inquiries, confirming issues, and escalating as needed.
Reporting & Analytics
- Provide recurring reporting on:
- CDJR sales tool usage metrics
- Asset uploads for Vehicle Delivery and EV HUB
- Customer feature engagement and clickthrough analytics
- Share insights with stakeholders to support continuous platform improvements.
- Support system reporting and administration, including maintaining reporting outputs/distribution, validating data accuracy, and managing user/access or configuration requests as applicable.
Break/Fix, Field Support & Vendor Coordination
- Assist Call Center, Field Teams, and Area Sales Managers with toolrelated issues affecting dealerships.
- Support Rewarding Excellence-related troubleshooting linked to tool performance or accessibility.
- Provide incentive support by assisting with Rewarding Excellence and related program inquiries as they impact tool access, eligibility visibility, or reported performance.
- Identify and document platform bugs; complete Bug Forms and maintain a thorough outage log.
- Open and manage tickets with:
- Autodata (JIRA) for iShowroom and EV HUB issues
- DriveIT for maintenance and fixes
- Maintain weekly activity logs and coordinate with vendor partners (24G, ES3, ITA) to ensure timely resolution and transparency.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with content management processes and publishing workflows (e.g., scripts, multimedia assets, calendars, checklists) with strong attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with testing/quality assurance practices (e.g., UAT) and documenting/reproducing defects for technical teams or vendors.
- Ability to analyze and communicate performance metrics; proficiency with reporting tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) to produce recurring insights.
- Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills; able to support call center/field stakeholders and coordinate effectively with cross-functional partners and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience supporting or administering iShowroom and/or comparable digital retail/sales enablement tools.
