Description The
Media Project Manager leads day-to-day project management responsibilities across the agency and drives execution of client and strategic objectives. The PM is responsible for overseeing multichannel media projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects move efficiently through agency processes, remain on schedule, and meet all quality and financial requirements.
This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources. The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination for internal stakeholders and may have direct client interaction related to timelines, process, and deliverables. This position requires strong judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to balance agency and client priorities while maintaining process integrity.

Essential Requirements
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $85,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
