Overview
The Experience + Devices (E+D) Growth team is seeking engineers to accelerate the adoption of Copilot and Microsoft 365. Positioned at the strategic center of E+D, the team revolutionizes productivity by delivering embedded experiences across the Microsoft 365 suite-including Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel-that drive the growth of generative AI solutions for commercial and consumer customers. The solutions delivered have a direct impact on business outcomes. As a Software Engineer, you implement and test well-scoped features with guidance, using data and customer insights to iterate and improve. The team operates as a modern engineering organization, embodying industry best practices in Product-Led Growth (PLG). Collaboration with PMs, designers, data scientists, user researchers, and marketers enables the development of deep customer insights that inform experiences used by hundreds of millions daily. Team members partner across Microsoft to deliver world-class services and create experiences that connect with customers throughout Microsoft products. #DPG #EiP #IC2SWE Software Engineering IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,200 - $165,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,000 - $180,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
