We are seeking a Principal Land Acquisition Manager - Powered Landto lead the identification and securing of high-yield, "powered land" opportunities. In this role, you won't just be contracting land; you will be the architect of complex site entries, navigating the intersection of large-scale real estate, utility-scale power availability, and bespoke contractual frameworks. The ideal candidate possesses a creative approach for site origination and a strategist's mind for structuring deals with partner teams that de-risk power delivery in increasingly constrained markets. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
