Job Title: L3 NBS MIT
Location: Chandler, AZ 85248 Duration: 2 months (Contract to hire) Shift: M-F 8-5 Description: Max conversion rate: $21 As a WinClient Touch Services Technician, you will be responsible for sustaining factory computing hardware such as WinClient, Remote Operations Center (Windows-based computer) workstations, and factory network components. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing software and hardware issues on the factory computing equipment. Troubleshooting will take place on the system, module, and component level. You will interface with other computing specialists in IT Networks, Windows, GOS Service Desk, and Process Integration (PI) to troubleshoot complex issues as a team. In addition, you will help support parts management, including ordering, forecasting, stocking, and properly disposing of used computing equipment. You must have a strong sense of ownership and be willing to take responsibility for factory sustaining as well as supporting projects. You will need to be able to multi-task and prioritize between multiple factory issues. You will also be responsible for communication with customers, Client technicians, and software/hardware specialists. Skills needed: * 3-5 years technical experience desired. * Windows imaging. * Intermediate Windows OS troubleshooting. * Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo. May be required to walk/sit/stand/crawl/kneel for extended periods. * Cleanroom experience recommended. * Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills. * Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8 and 10. | |
