Compensation: $25.82/hour - $27.47/hour Position Summary: The Health Educator plays a key role in supporting the health and well-being of adolescents in a school-based setting. Working closely with a clinical team, this role provides one-on-one and group education to young people on topics like healthy relationships, decision-making, pregnancy prevention, and sexual health. In addition to counseling, the Health Educator leads interactive workshops in classrooms and after-school programs, helping students build the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices. This person also partners with school communities-engaging students, families, and staff-to increase awareness of available health services and encourage participation in programs. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role that blends education, outreach, and care coordination. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development, comfortable having open and supportive conversations, and excited to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.
