The Opportunity
  • Adobe IT's Customer Experience Orchestration Architecture team is seeking a Solution Architect to drive the Sales and PostSales platform roadmap across enterprise, mid-market, partner, and M&A integrations.
  • Design and architect AIenabled solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, integrating cloud and onprem systems, while providing architectural leadership toward the North Star vision.
  • Champion an AI-first approach in designing capabilities - including GenAI, agentic automation and ML-leveraging best-of-breed vendor and custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to drive an architecturefirst approach, influence technical decisions, and lead simplification through automation, reduced technical debt, and an AIfirst mindset.
The Challenge
  • Lead discussions with internal product and business teams and external Systems Integrators to build modern AI-capable Sales and Post Sales platforms using Microsoft Dynamics Sales CRM and a mix of SaaS, cloud, and on-prem systems.
  • Design AI-centered solutions covering Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Service, Operations), AWS services such as Bedrock, and platforms independent of specific vendors.
  • Present at architecture review boards, accelerating approvals with clear documentation.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product teams to drive execution and roadmap alignment that contributes to delivering business value
  • Accelerate innovation through rapid prototyping and proof-of-concepts.
  • Mentor junior architects and engineers, encouraging a culture of technical excellence.
  • Set technical direction for implementations, defining architecture standards and governance frameworks.
  • Stay ahead of new technologies, translating capabilities into business value.
What is needed to succeed
  • Over 10 years of experience as a solution architect, effectively delivering global-scale Sales and Post-Sales solutions.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Service, Operations) or similar platforms.
  • Deep expertise in integration architecture, including API-first principles, event-driven architectures, enterprise security, resiliency, observability, and cost-optimized system build.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem.
  • Demonstrable experience using Generative and Agentic AI to improve sales and postsales workflows through assist, recommendations, automation, and responsible humanintheloop development.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective architecture and build solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python or C#/.NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and enterprise integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with modern application frameworks and platforms used to build scalable, cloud-native enterprise solutions.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed Agile Scrum teams.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $148,500 -- $293,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $202,400 - $293,000

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
