Are you prepared to lead a team of world-class solutions consultants dedicated to Adobe's Content Supply Chain (CSC)? This role focuses on managing an experienced team that delivers deep technical and workflow domain expertise throughout the sales cycle, ensuring Adobe CSC solutions-including Workfront, AEM, GenStudio, Firefly Enterprise Applications, Frame.io, Express and related integrations-are positioned effectively, aligned with customer needs, and clearly demonstrate end-to-end business value.

What you'll Do

Guide, mentor, train, and develop a group of exceptional Portfolio Solutions Consultants, ensuring they perform at their best and continuously grow their skills.

Develop and execute winning Solutions Consulting strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving innovation across the Content Supply Chain.

Act as a motivating leader and authority on content operations, workflow orchestration, AI-assisted content creation, asset management, and end-to-end content lifecycle strategies, working closely with internal colleagues and customers.

Coordinate with sales to support meaningful engagement in opportunities, optimizing the assignment of Solutions Consultants for maximum impact.

Direct resource planning for the Content Supply Chain (CSC) Solutions Consulting team, ensuring efficient and effective deployment of resources.

Serve as the technical and workflow domain representative for the sales organization, partnering with sales management, product management, support, and engineering to drive success.

Monitor individual performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop plans to support growth in areas needing improvement.

Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the team to develop ideas that enhance customer workflows and business outcomes.

Maintain timely and accurate reporting of team activities, using data to measure efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Build strong business partner relationships with aligned Sales leaders, engaging regularly to define and refine collaboration strategies.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a pre-sales/Solutions Consultant in the software industry.

Over 5 years of experience with content operations, digital asset management, workflow management, AI-driven content creation, or related technologies across the content lifecycle.

Proven experience managing people, with the ability to mentor and grow a high-performing team.

Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and present to a broad range of stakeholders.

Exceptional coordination, organization, and team leadership abilities.

A strong sense of urgency, creativity, and passion for driving strategic pre-sales engagements.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate both technical and business value.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $207,000 -- $351,225 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $242,600 - $351,225
In New York, the pay range for this position is $242,600 - $351,225
In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $225,500 - $326,600

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
