Job Description:
As an Electronics Assembler at Microwave Products Group - Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by being responsible for the basic assembly of the standard and volume-based products.

Primary Responsibilities:
*Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations.
*Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
*Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level.
*Record activity into a database.
*Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is required.
*Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification is required.
*Basic mechanical skills.
*Basic computer skills.
*High level of attention to detail.
*Ability to read blueprints.
*Ability to interface effectively with internal customers.
*Ability to work closely with all levels of the organization.

Requirements Include:
*High school diploma or equivalent is required
*Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
*2+ years soldering experience preferred
*2+ years related defense manufacturing experience preferred
*IPC-610 certification preferred
