Agile Project Manager - Secure Collaboration Program (DoD) Join a mission-focused team delivering a next-generation collaboration platform that enables secure information sharing between U.S. military personnel and international coalition partners. As an Agile Project Manager, you'll play a key role in driving delivery excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement across a high-impact defense program. Position Overview You will lead Agile delivery processes for a secure collaboration platform, ensuring teams are aligned, productive, and consistently delivering value. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you'll foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Manage and optimize workflows within JIRA to ensure visibility and efficient delivery tracking Monitor and report on key Agile metrics to drive performance and inform decision-making Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, helping to mature processes and improve outcomes Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure successful delivery What You Bring Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master Strong experience leading SCRUM teams in complex environments Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance Nice to Have Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification Experience supporting DevSecOps-focused programs or environments Compensation: $100,000+ At AGE Solutions, we reward performance, invest in growth, and share success.
