We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility collaboration program supporting a DoD customer. This initiative is focused on enabling secure information sharing between U.S. military and international coalition partners.

This is an opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role where you'll drive execution, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of secure collaboration across complex environments.

Responsibilities Include:



  • Lead the program roadmap and execution for a large, complex DoD collaboration platform
  • Lead and synchronize cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders
  • Partner with senior government leadership to align priorities, strategy, and outcomes
  • Drive delivery by managing milestones, risks, and performance metrics
  • Ensure successful implementation of secure, scalable collaboration capabilities supporting coalition operations


Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of DoD program management experience, leading large or complex efforts
  • Proven ability to work directly with government stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Active Secret clearance (with ability to obtain Top Secret)


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience supporting DISA or enterprise-level DoD environments
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications
  • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and modern delivery frameworks


Compensation: $160,000+
