As an Analyst, EDI at RXO, you'll be responsible for working closely with our customers, as well as the business and technology teams, to lead, facilitate and implement EDI customer integrations as well as participating in design reviews and working with the architecture team to assist in application testing. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Answer EDI inquiries from internal and external parties utilizing the EDI support team's ticketing system
  • Research root cause and create resolutions for EDI errors, ultimately resulting in reduction of EDI errors over time
  • Work with business, customers, carriers and third parties to intake and prioritize EDI fixes and enhancements
  • Design, write requirements, help the offshore developer to develop, test and implement EDI solutions to meet complex enhancement requests from trading partners and RXO business teams
  • Review open EDI items with business teams via daily/weekly calls
  • Participate in weekly architecture review calls to review and obtain approval on complex mapping enhancements
  • Train internal business colleagues on EDI and EDI systems when required
  • Foster teamwork and motivate others for success
  • Complete additional small projects and assignments as required

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 1 year of technical experience in applications support or program/project management
  • Client-facing customer service experience
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

It'd be great if you also have:

  • Experience mapping in IBM Sterling B2Bi and IBM Sterling File Gateway
  • Experience in setting up AS2, SFTP in IBM Sterling B2Bi and IBM Sterling File Gateway
  • Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry
  • 2 or more years EDI and/or TMS application support experience
  • 3 or more years of business analysis experience in API web service integration, development and strategy with SOAP and REST APIs
  • Ability to analyze and interpret various integration formats and documents including, but not limited to: Swagger, CSV, JSON, XML, Plain Text, X12 and WSDL
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile or Kanban methodologies
  • High level experience and familiarity with Dell Boomi
