As Director, Product Management for Academia & Government at Clarivate, you will lead, shape, and scale a highimpact product organization that turns market opportunity into measurable results. In this role, you will define and drive a compelling product strategy, align and inspire large crossfunctional teams, and own execution across the full product lifecycle-from customer discovery and prioritization to delivery, adoption, and ongoing value creation. You will be accountable for identifying and translating customer and market needs into viable, differentiated product solutions that advance Clarivate's growth and strengthen our leadership in the academia and government space. Acting as the connective tissue between product, engineering, content, and commercial teams, you will set clear direction, coach product leaders and managers, and ensure products are delivered with speed, quality, and purpose to create meaningful, lasting market impact. About the Team Our team is a dynamic group of innovative product managers passionate about bringing powerful technology to public libraries and helping them fulfill their mission of serving communities at scale. We partner with some of the world's most iconic library systems-including the New York Public Library, Seattle Public Library, and Auckland Public Library in New Zealand-while pushing the boundaries of what's possible through innovation, including our nextgeneration AI platform. The team is led by Ashley, our Vice President, who brings 15+ years of experience driving largescale solutions for Fortune 500 organizations such as FedEx and Walmart. With many team members offering 10+ years of deep expertise in libraries and technology, this is a highly tenured, collaborative group where you'll learn from seasoned experts, make a real impact, and help shape the future of library technology worldwide.
