Job Overview

As an HR Partner, your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive HR support and partnership at the employee and management levels within our organization.

Working closely with employees and front-line managers, you will play a vital role in delivering effective HR initiatives and addressing day-to-day HR tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships, understand their needs, and provide guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, investigations, and problem-solving.

Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will develop team-level HR strategies that align with the HR and organizational goals, ensuring that HR practices support business objectives. As an HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on employee engagement, career development, and succession planning. Additionally, you will play an active role in conducting investigations and resolving complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to identify process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance HR practices and policies. By staying updated with HR trends and best practices, you will apply your knowledge to resolve issues and enhance HR programs, fostering continuous improvement within the HR function.

Job Description and Requirements

Summary of responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to management, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, investigations, compensation analysis and problem solving.

  • Collaborate with leaders to address employee issues and provide guidance on HR best practices.

  • Support employee development initiatives, including training and career development programs.

  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee complaints and conflicts.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a recent focus on HR partnering and employee relations.

  • Robust knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

  • Highly-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with leaders and employees.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$90,000 and $136,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
