Digital Manufacturing Lead - NA

Leads deployment of digital manufacturing solutions across North American plants, translating strategy into shop floor execution. Drives measurable improvements in SQDCS aligned to Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) principles and embeds data-driven decision-making into daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead deployment of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and connected worker solutions
  • Manage cross-plant project portfolio; deliver on time, on budget, with clear KPIs
  • Integrate digital tools into Shop Floor Management (SFM), OPE, and daily management systems
  • Enable real-time performance visibility and predictive capabilities
  • Lead cross-functional alignment (operations, IT, engineering)
  • Drive adoption, training, and sustainable standardization


Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 4+ years in manufacturing and/or digital manufacturing
  • Strong project management in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of automotive operations and Lean/TPS/SIS


Preferred Qualifications:



  • OEM experience
  • Industry 4.0/analytics
  • PMP
