Grain Safety Manager PAY RANGE: $85,000 - $120,000 / Year Compensation is determined based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for overtime, commission, and performance-based increases and bonuses. REPORTS TO: General Manager STATUS: Exempt PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Under the direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for providing safety leadership, ensuring facilities and vehicles are in compliance with corporate safety standards, implementing safety directives, improving safety performance, and ensuring company safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental safety and DOT regulations.
