Summary
As an Investment Sales Consultant, you will serve as a trusted coach and subject matter expert for Northwestern Mutual's financial advisors. Through one-on-one consultations, group trainings, and webinars, you'll help advisors navigate complex investment and financial planning scenarios, select the right product solutions, and confidently close for their clients. Your expertise will span the full suite of NM investment products, including annuities, brokerage, advisory, and retirement planning solutions. You'll combine deep product knowledge with practical sales strategy to make a direct impact on advisor growth and client outcomes. This is a highly visible role where you'll present to field leadership, collaborate across departments, and help shape how we support advisors going forward.
