*Role Overview* The QA/QC Analyst is responsible for reviewing applicant eligibility determinations to ensure compliance with program regulations, policies, and procedures. This position plays a critical role in maintaining program integrity, identifying compliance issues, and supporting continuous improvement through quality assurance practices.
*Primary Responsibilities* * Perform quality control reviews of applicant eligibility determinations in accordance with program requirements * Ensure all processes and policy standards are followed to meet federal, state, and program compliance requirements * Validate applicant eligibility pathways per established program policies and procedures * Identify compliance issues, recommend corrective actions, and escalate risks or trends to leadership as appropriate * Monitor and maintain applicant electronic case files throughout the full lifecycle of the application process * Clearly communicate identified compliance concerns and corrective actions to analysts; escalate training needs when trends are identified * Apply critical thinking, attention to detail, and problemsolving skills to complete file reviews accurately and efficiently * Meet established production and quality standards * Work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams *Qualifications* * Ability to meet production and quality goals established by the program * Preferred (not required): 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance auditing, or file review * Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to quality and compliance * Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problemsolving skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); ability to learn new software systems and databases * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to clearly articulate findings to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing * Experience working successfully with socioeconomic and ethnically diverse populations * Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment * Teamoriented mindset with the ability to work independently * Experience or coursework in Audit, Accounting, Finance, Compliance, or related analytical fields is a plus *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of El Paso, TX. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
