About This Role
The Department of Anatomy and Physiology in the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University invites applications for a post-doctoral position in pharmacology. This position will provide an opportunity to contribute to the department research, teaching, and outreach missions while gaining experience in analytical techniques, study design and conduct, data analysis, grant writing, and successfully publishing research. Candidates should enjoy working individually and as a team in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary research environment About Us The Department of Anatomy and Physiology is multi-disciplinary with responsibilities in instruction, research, service and continuing education including the disciplines of gross and microscopic anatomy, cell and systems physiology, pharmacology, toxicology and neuroscience. Research strengths in the department include: electrophysiology, exercise physiology and heart failure, animal welfare and pain management, neuroscience, stem cell biology, toxicology, teaching methods, and veterinary clinical pharmacology. Worksite Description This position is On-site. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law.
