Overview The Project Manager serves as the central operational hub for the Commercial Clinical Strategy (CCS) and Applied Technology departments. This role is designed to act as a force multiplier by owning the execution flow across both areas, ensuring that requests are translated into high-quality delivered output quickly and reliably. This is a hands-on execution role focused on ensuring that work is clearly defined, properly prioritized, and successfully delivered.
Role Scope
  1. MedscapeOne Execution & Campaign Operations
  • Independently review campaign timelines and workflows in Workfront to identify inefficiencies and implement automation opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign progress and independently resolve risks, delays, or gaps in execution.
  • Ensure campaigns are appropriately staffed; provide guidance to Senior and Analytical Strategists to support successful delivery.
  • Lead coordination across teams to ensure high-quality QBR delivery and strong client satisfaction.
  • Drive resolution of complex campaign and analytics-related issues.
  1. Applied Technology Execution Ownership
  • Own and prioritize the intake and execution flow of Applied Technology requests and projects.
  • Drive delivery against timelines and independently remove blockers to keep workstreams moving.
  • Lead QA and validation processes to ensure tools are ready for release.
  • Maintain clear visibility into workload and delivery status across the organization.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Applied Technology tools to support adoption across teams.
  1. Cross-Functional Execution & Process Improvement
  • Manage the intake and triage of requests from Sales and internal stakeholders, ensuring appropriate routing based on complexity.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to increase execution speed and clarity.
  • Serve as the connective layer that ensures work moves consistently across teams.
  • Develop and centralize templates and standardized documentation to reduce time spent by senior strategists and engineers.
Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in project management , or technical execution roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with project management software
  • Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to work independently under general direction and develop effective solutions for operational challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to facilitate discussions, reach consensus, and move teams toward shared goals.
  • Accountability: Proven track record of holding self and others accountable for measurable, high-quality, and timely results.
