DESCRIPTION

The Lifesharing Quality Analyst applies acquired skills and professional concepts toward quality assurance systems and performance improvement projects of intermediate scope and complexity.

Key Areas of responsibility:

  • Consults with operations and quality leadership to identify quality-data trends and regulatory reporting needs. Creates audit-queries and generates reports.
  • Develops, prepares and tests quality-performance reports.
  • Performs compliance-data analysis for business decision making.
  • Assists in identifying and resolving data and system errors and discrepancies.
  • Performs segments of quality assurance planning and testing.
  • Participates in developing EMR-end-user training, ensuring competence of available EMR tools, reports, data fields and alignment with regulatory and internal quality standards.
  • Participates on cross-functional teams to address business intelligence processes and services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
  • Two (2) or more years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of quality-improvement methodologies and analytics
  • Working knowledge of relevant internal databases, BI applications and tools. Ability to produce reports and documentation.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-resolution skills.
  • Detail oriented, with demonstrated organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with professional and technical staff.
  • Ability to train staff at a variety of technical skill levels.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • LEAN Six-Sigma Green Belt
  • CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality
  • Demonstrated technical understanding of Tableau, MS Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
  • Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $79,200 - $143,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $37.93 - $68.68

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
