Twenty Four Seven Hotels is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our finance team as a full-time Associate. This position is based out of our offices in Irvine, CA and focuses on supporting the team's day-to-day accounting operations. In this role, you will assist with routine financial processes that enable our Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! Job Duties Perform daily cash reconciliations, including Accounts Receivable, credit card, and cash transactions and work with Senior Staff Accountants to clear variances Review, audit, and post daily income journals, and validate property report submissions for accuracy and completeness Monitor chargebacks and research, investigate, and resolve variances and discrepancies Assist with month-end close and support Controllers with account research, data requests, and financial reporting Oversee Microsoft Teams usage for the Finance department, monitoring chats to ensure timely responses and effective communication with property teams Post journal entries into the accounting system, ensuring accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with established procedures Job Requirements 1-2 years of general accounting experience preferred, but not required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic Microsoft Suite Solid mathematical and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with property teams and corporate staff Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently using multiple information sources Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work and follow tasks through to completion Notice to California applicants: The California Privacy Rights Act requires that applicants be informed that Twenty Four Seven Hotels will collect certain personal information during the application process.
