What You'll Do:

Document and Record Information. Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining a variety of accounting and financial data and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and the most up-to-date information.

Prepare Reports. Develop, maintain, and analyze accounting and financial documents.

Perform Month-End Tasks. Process and prepare month-end journal entries, reconcile accounts, and research issues. Participate in closing activities under tight deadlines.

Prepare Financial Documents. Following compliance with established policies, prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

Collaborate. Assist your supervisor and other coworkers as needed. Provide assistance and additional help on time-sensitive special projects. Employ effective team-building skills in order to work in a group or to assist in bringing a group to consensus.

Additional Responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Experience. An associate's degree in accounting or business administration, and/or equivalent business experience of accounting or bookkeeping is required.

Organizational Skills. Must have strong organizational skills and display attention to detail. Must have strong time management skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Interpersonal Skills. Must have strong communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization. Must have excellent customer service skills.

Technology Skills. Must have strong computer skills, including skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
