Job Description: SAP Program Manager
Location: Los Alamitos, California (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

Role Summary: The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end S/4HANA brownfield implementation program. The role requires strong project governance, business engagement, and coordination of cross-functional SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA projects including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hyper care.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and communication plans.
- Drive implementation strategy, including functional, technical, data, integration and change management tracks
- Conduct business workshops for requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design.
- Manage cross-functional teams-functional consultants, technical developers, data , and integration teams.
- Oversee S/4HANA configuration and integration with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP systems.
- Lead data migration strategy, cleansing, validation, and cutover execution.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / Agile methodology and internal PMO standards.
- Maintain stakeholder alignment through Steering Committee meetings and leadership updates.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
- Support user training, change management, and knowledge transition activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8-15+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years managing SAP S/4HANA programs, 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience in S/4HANA brownfield implementation programs is a must
- Experience in global/multi-country SAP programs
- Strong project management capabilities (PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred).
- Ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and activities involved in brownfield programs (Readiness check, maintenance planner, SUM/DMO, custom code remediation, ATC check, security role redesign, CVI conversion etc.)
