Make it happen at Hopkins Join Our Team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital - Infusion Nurse Liaison Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours per week Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse passionate about patient transition and continuity of care? The Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a dedicated Infusion Nurse Liaison to serve as a vital extension of our home care team. In this role, you will collaborate with inpatient and outpatient interdisciplinary teams to facilitate safe, efficient transitions for patients requiring infusion therapy, home medical equipment, and related services. Your expertise will help ensure seamless handoffs, proper referrals, and optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications: BSN from an accredited nursing program. Active Maryland or Compact RN license required. BLS CPR certification (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted). At least two years of home care or home care discharge planning experience. Demonstrated excellence in nursing assessment, home care planning, and problem-solving. Clinical expertise in areas such as oncology, infusion therapy, emergency room, or critical care. Valid State-issued driver's license, auto insurance, and willingness to comply with applicable seat belt laws. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
