Acara Solutions | $26.50/hr | Holly Springs, NC (Onsite Construction Site Role)

Acara Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Manufacturing Project & Field Support Coordinator to support a fast-paced industrial construction and automation environment in Holly Springs, NC. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to large-scale manufacturing installation, field coordination, and project tracking with potential for long-term conversion.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a key role in keeping a manufacturing and automation project running smoothly by supporting field operations, materials tracking, and project coordination, including:

  • Coordinating and tracking materials, procurement, and deliveries
  • Supporting onsite construction and automation activities
  • Assisting Project Managers with scheduling, reporting, and documentation
  • Attending meetings and capturing detailed notes and action items
  • Managing email communication and project updates
  • Tracking project timelines, data, and Excel-based reporting
  • Supporting fire alarm and automation-related discussions on site
  • Coordinating between warehouse (Clayton area) and construction site as needed
Position Details
  • Location: Holly Springs, NC (Onsite - construction site environment)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Duration: 2-year contract
  • Pay: $26.50/hour
  • Laptop provided
  • Possible conversion to full-time opportunity
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree required
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working onsite in a construction/field environment
  • Basic Excel knowledge required
  • Strong time management and communication skills

Nice to have (not required):

  • SAP or Power BI experience
  • Bluebeam Revu familiarity
  • Exposure to automation, fire alarm, or industrial systems
