Job Title: Talent Sourcing Advisor

Duration :12-Month Contract

Location: Westlake, Hybrid - Mondays to Thursdays on-site, Fridays remote

Your Opportunity

  • You will play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition by partnering with Talent Advisors and business functions to define and deliver creative sourcing solutions for complex roles.
  • This role provides subject matter expertise on labor market trends, recruiting strategies, and competitive intelligence to attract top talent.



Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and assess high-impact candidates for targeted job requisitions and job profiles.
  • Build strategic sourcing plans for defined business areas using multiple sourcing channels to generate qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Partner with business teams to understand current and future business needs and role-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with other Sourcing Advisors and Talent Advisors to share best practices and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking, referrals, cold calling, and passive recruiting techniques.
  • Manage pipelines of "silver medalists" or "bronze medalists" for future opportunities.
  • Provide labor market research insights, including supply and demand reporting.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
  • Attend hiring leader intake meetings with Talent Advisors as required.



Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven talent sourcing experience in agency, search firm, or corporate recruiting.
  • Advanced proactive outreach, candidate mining, and cold calling skills.
  • Strong expertise in Boolean search methods, social networking, online resume databases, competitor mapping, and other creative sourcing techniques (e.g., blogs, alumni networks, conference attendee lists).

  • Proven success applying best-in-class talent sourcing practices and developing strong business insights.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, effective in engaging passive candidates.
  • Strong influencing and candidate-selling skills to promote the organization as an employer of choice.
  • Experience researching, interpreting, and leveraging competitive intelligence and labor market data.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify untapped sourcing channels.
