We're actively seeking a talented Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team in Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC. Expectations for the role include spearheading technology direction, technology adoption, and technology experimentation. As the Enterprise Architect overseeing architecture in our Workforce Benefits Division (WBD) you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by continuing the advancement of WBD's groundbreaking leadership in Workforce Benefits and enhancing Pacific Life's reputation of excellence in the marketplace. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of six people in the Workforce Benefits Division's Technical Leadership. Your colleagues will include both Value Stream Leads, the Division CIO, the Project Portfolio Director, and the Head of Platform Operations. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
