Business Analyst I (REMOTE - Austin Texas)

*This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: Austin, Texas

This position performs data analysis to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency. Assesses current practices, collects information and industry trends, and creates specifications to support business operations. Assists in determining improvements or solutions to address business issues. Prepares technical reports by examining and summarizing data.

• Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
• Operational Support - Provides support for business unit by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve standard practices. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
• Identifying Objectives - Determines overall business needs through analysis and reporting. May identify strategies to achieve company and department goals, and assist in creating specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation to communicate business initiatives to wider work group.
• Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Analytics, or Operations, or Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Operations, or Support

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior FCB Intern experience as a Digital Products Intern on the Digital Products Experience (DPX) team during the 2025 Summer Internship Program.

*The base pay for this position is generally between $25.38 and $33.85. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
