We're looking for a hands-on leader to supervise warehouse and delivery operations, managing teams and processes to ensure efficiency, inventory accuracy, fleet and equipment oversight, and safe, reliable distribution in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop warehouse and delivery teams
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and daily operations
• Manage fleet, equipment, and DOT compliance
• Ensure accurate, on-time deliveries
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized facility

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing or leading a team
• Forklift experience strongly preferred
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office preferred
