Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using manual pallet jacks or material handling equipment
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and freight processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments and deliveries
• Prepare outbound shipments by verifying contents, packaging items, and selecting appropriate shipping methods
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and documentation
• Identify and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or storage
• Communicate with drivers, team members, and customers via phone, email, and walkie-talkie
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support general warehouse and logistics activities as needed
