Shifts Available: 1st Shift + 2nd Shift + 3rd Shift

These are the qualifications that matter.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Able to lift 60 lbs. on occasion
• Steel-toe shoes + PPE
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong math skills and ability to perform calculations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varying schedules
• Must be able to wear PAPR/respirator equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with SAP, Infinity, or similar systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, start, and monitor automatic blending and packaging equipment
• Load raw materials and packaging components continuously throughout production
• Perform product changeovers, package size adjustments, and minor equipment repairs
• Pack finished goods and monitor critical timing and machine performance
• Track production output, downtime, and machine adjustments accurately
• Calculate batch sizes and material usage
• Operate forklift to replenish production lines safely
• Assist with preventative maintenance alongside maintenance team
• Complete required paperwork and documentation to ensure quality and compliance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and identify process enhancements
• Promote a strong safety culture and complete safety/quality inspections
