Freedom for the soul. Are you ready to join us? Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the "jewel" of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Join our team as a Tour Guide Guest Experience Associateand help build the world's most sought-after motorcycles. Job Summary The Guest Experience Associate (GEA) will be the first point of contact for Harley-Davidson plant guests and will be responsible for providing a positive, enjoyable experience for all guests. This integral member of our plant tour team will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the plant. The GEA will demonstrate superior customer service both in person and on the phone and be able to conduct guest transactions/interactions professionally. The GEA will be responsible for imparting knowledge about the plant, processing sales transactions (cash handling), conducting upsell conversations to meet expected goals, and assisting with various guest-facing activities.
