Are you a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? As a Recruiter, you'll play a critical role in shaping our workforce-leading full-cycle recruiting efforts and partnering closely with business leaders to attract top clinical and leadership talent.

In this role, you will:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across clinical and management roles-from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted talent advisor
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
  • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Leverage multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, networking events, and more
  • Lead and influence strategic recruiting initiatives that drive business outcomes
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to continuously improve processes
  • Mentor and support team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing TA team

This is a temporary position expected to work full-time hours (40 hours/week). This is a remote role.



Work Experience

We're looking for a strategic thinker and strong communicator who knows how to deliver results while building meaningful relationships.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments
  • Strong stakeholder management skills-you can influence and partner with leaders at all levels
  • Experience using modern recruiting tools, ATS/HRIS systems, and sourcing platforms
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering a top-tier candidate and hiring manager experience
