SUMMARY



Responsible for supporting the delivery of benefit technology and general internal Account Management support for our Small Group Market. Key functions include updating and testing of client benefit administration portals, assisting in the review of technology products, auditing data, updating internal systems, and general Account Management project support. This position is generally not client-facing.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Responsible for building and updating technology platforms, including employee self-service modules and eligibility maintenance for health and welfare benefit plans for multiple clients.



Responsible for set-up, testing & discrepancy management of platforms, including EDI/API connections.



Coordinates transfer of election data to providers, including EDI/API discrepancies and resolution.



Supports Account Management team throughout the lifecycle of a client for internal data tasks, as assigned



Provides support to the team for technology transactional updates.



Coordinates with internal and external teams on best practices related to techonology and system management.



Performs all duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures, and all federal, state and local laws, wherein the Company operates.



Performs other duties as assigned.




QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE



Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and insurance experience



One (1) or more years related work experience in Benefits with employer, insurer, or TPA, including hands-on Ben-Tech builds/updates in systems like Ease, Employee Navigator, & Rippling.




SKILLS



Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)



Systems knowledge (i.e. Employee Navigator, EASE, ADP WFN, Rippling) preferred and ability to learn/troubleshoot new systems easily



Excellent verbal and written communications skills



Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills



Intermediate to advanced computer skills
